This is your daily work. The stuff that keeps your business alive and moving no matter what else is going on.

Think of it like watering your garden. You do not skip it because you are busy. It just happens.

Tomato 1 covers three things, and all three happen inside 25 minutes:

🌱 Grow your garden — (Top of funnel) This is how new people find you. A post. A reel. A pin. Getting one person onto your email list. Showing up somewhere new. You are putting yourself out there so the right people can discover you. Your email list especially matters here because it is the only audience you actually own. One new person a day adds up fast.

🌿 Tend to your people — (Middle of funnel) This is for the people already watching you. It is how they get to know you and start to trust you. A reply to a comment. An email that teaches something real. A story that shows what is actually going on behind the scenes. You are not selling here. You are just being real and useful and present.

🍅 Harvest what you've grown — (Bottom of funnel) This is the offer. Once a day, every day, you let people know what you sell and how to work with you. Not in a gross, desperate way. Just a clear, confident mention. Farmers do not leave the harvest sitting in the field. They took care of it all season. Letting people know it is ready is just the natural next step.

All three. Twenty-five minutes. Done.

🍅 Tomato 2: Grow

Tomato 2 is different. This one is not about daily consistency. It is about building.

This is the session where you work ON your business instead of just IN it. It is the stuff that is not urgent today but matters a lot three months from now.

Tomato 2 looks different every week. Some weeks it is writing a blog post. Some weeks it is fixing your sales page, recording a podcast, pitching a guest post, building a new freebie, or finally updating the thing on your website that has been bugging you forever.

There is no wrong answer for Tomato 2 as long as you show up for it. The only rule is that it moves your business forward in a real way, not just keeps it running.

Tomato 1 keeps the garden alive. Tomato 2 makes it grow.
